Redbrick Solutions have a new integration with Online Conveyancing Quote’s (OCQ) quote and instruct tool. OCQ Integration with Redbrick Solutions will ensure simplicity and information gathering from lead to instruction and beyond.
OCQ was launched to provide the public with an online conveyancing quote solution at a competitive price using a handpicked national panel of established specialist solicitors. OCQ do not charge solicitors a referral fee, unlike many comparison sites. The OCQ team has its roots firmly planted in the legal sector with over 35 years’ experience.
The main features of the integration include a portal to view all leads, their origin and conversion rates. This will help firms review internal processes to increase lead conversion rates. The firms’ website includes a white labelled, compliant quote tool, tailored to the firm’s requirements, at no cost to the firm. Quote details are automatically imported into RPM, removing the need for duplication and the risk of errors in re-keying data. Once in RPM, bulk follow up processes can be utilised to convert more enquiries. The flexibility of functionality is at the core of the system, for example, it is possible to have “New Build” as a drop-down option and to provide different fee scales for different offices within a firm.
The internal view of the quote tool for the firm allows fee earners and administrators to send out quotes, additional documents with the facility to add in a free type option to personalise any quote, allowing fee earners to concentrate on fee-paying work, rather than producing quotes. The external view of the quote tool for referrers allows the firm to receive quotes, with built-in referral fees (specific to that referrer), again with the option of a free-type field and the ability to add any documents.
