Blaser Mills have introduced the latest e-conveyancing technology to improve their service to house-buyers.

The High Street law firm, which is one of six offices, including a recent merger with Staines based firm Fancy & Jackson, is using the ConveyanceLink programme from Redbrick Solutions. This allows clients and estate agents to check their case’s progress via online tracking as well as sending text messages and emails at key milestones.

Martin MacDuff, Managing Director of Redbrick Solutions said: “This is great news for the home movers. ConveyanceLink is proven to deliver a quicker and more transparent conveyancing service to the client.

“The website update by Blaser Mills allows the home mover to access a comprehensive moving service, which assists them in notifying numerous organisations that they have moved with a click of a mouse and in organising all of their new utilities, which we pool together and save, on average, £700 per family.”

Alexandra Kirk, Associate Solicitor said: “Blaser Mills is focused on providing a service to clients that is second to none. ConveyanceLink really helps to do this by allowing clients to feel part of the transaction by tracking their home buy online whenever they wish as well as a variety of other services. It certainly will complement the progressive way we work.”

As part of the conveyancing procedure solicitors are also now required to verify a client’s identity.

Blaser Mills will be using another of Redbrick Solutions products, IDYourClient.com, an online identity verification tool which verifies a potential client’s identity against the widest selection of reliable data sources available, including the Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) and Sanctions register.

This will allow the firm to proceed with the client’s’ instructions while exceeding their anti money laundering requirements.
