Workstations

The following software must be installed on each PC where Practice Management will be installed:

Microsoft Windows XP or above

Microsoft Office 2003 or above

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5

The following is a guide to the minimum hardware specification for Practice Management to operate comfortably:

Intel Pentium 3 650Mhz CPU

Minimum 1GB of RAM required

Server/Host Machine

The following software must be installed on the server/host machine where the Practice Management data will reside:

Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Vista, 7, SBS 2000 or above

Microsoft SQL Server Express 2008 or above

The following specifications must also be followed in order for Practice Management to operate correctly:

Must have at least 0.5GB spare RAM (not Virtual Memory)

Must have at least 4GB spare disk space

TCP ports 80, 1433, and 1434 must be open inbound and outbound
